Each set of Roller Bars comes with wing nuts and twill for attaching the canvas by stitching or Velcro (not included).  A set of 4 Tri-Knobs is available for purchase separately for ease of use.  Roller Bars come in lengths from 6” up to 40”.  They are ¾” in diameter and sizes 6”-26” are made from birchwood, and 30”-40” are made from Maplewood.

When determining which size Roller Bars to purchase, measure the length of your canvas and add 1”-2” extra.  For example, if the length of your canvas is 18”, you will want to purchase a set of 20” Roller Bars.

Most orders will ship from our Florida location within 1 business day.  We charge a flat shipping fee of $9.75 per order within the contiguous United States.  Please contact us directly for a shipping quote for Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the US.

Due to the unique nature of our products, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges.  Please contact us within 10 days of receipt if your item arrives damaged. 

Needlework System4 covers factory defects on all stands and metal accessories we manufacture. All wooden products are covered for 90 days from the sale date. Obvious damage or misuse is not covered under this warranty. Damage to locking teeth due to excessive force or obvious misuse is not covered. If possible, we will repair the teeth and any other non-warranty repairs at the customer’s expense. Products sold and not made by Needlework System4 are covered by that manufacturer's warranty.
