For comfort when working on our handheld Wooden Scroll Frames, a pack of 4 Easy Turn Tri Knobs are available for purchase for use on the Roller Bars. These knobs can also be used as replacement knobs for the knobs on the Needlework System4 Stands. Please note, these knobs are not compatible with our metal Scroll Frame Holders.

Due to the unique nature of our products, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt if your item arrives damaged.
Needlework System4 covers factory defects on all stands and metal accessories we manufacture. All wooden products are covered for 90 days from the sale date. Obvious damage or misuse is not covered under this warranty. Damage to locking teeth due to excessive force or obvious misuse is not covered. If possible, we will repair the teeth and any other non-warranty repairs at the customer’s expense. Products sold and not made by Needlework System4 are covered by that manufacturer's warranty.
